GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS

  • Booking confirmation will be subject to prior acceptance by the campsite and will be sent to you upon receipt of deposit payment. Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
  • Any modification/cancellation of the booking must be requested in writing by email to info@intercalonge.com . Booking Department will answer your request for changes depending on availability. All requests will be subject to approval.
  • Visits: Visitors to your pitch may come on site, after inscription at Reception desk and payment of admission fee (camping pitch and accommodation).

In accommodations, people who have not been detailed on the initial booking form will be considered as “visitors”, even if accommodation is not fully occupied.

  • Tourist tax: In accordance with the fee in force (applied to person over 16 years old / day (maximum 1 week).
  • Minors unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians will not be permitted.
  • The campsite reserves the right to decline group bookings.

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR CAMPING PITCHES

  • Camping pitch will be available from midday onwards. 
  • Camping pitch must be vacated before midday. 
  • The camping site does not guarantee any pitch number or specific sector.   
  • Reserved pitch is held until 20h of the day of arrival. If the pitch is not occupied before that time booking will be automatically cancelled, unless prior written notice of late arrival has been given.
  • Stays which are shortened (late arrival, early departure) will not be refunded.
  • Maximum 6 people per pitch allowed. 
  • Pets are allowed in camping pitches subject to payment.
  • Deposit: Credit card details will be requested as a deposit for your stay.
  • Down payment: An amount of 300€ per pitch is required to be paid to make a booking. It can be paid by credit card when filling in the online booking form or by bank transfer within 15 days after the booking date. Upon receipt of the payment, a booking confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
  • The outstanding amount due for your stay must be paid when arriving at the campsite.
  • Cancellation conditions

If you have paid the 300€ deposit:

  • In case of cancellation 30 days or more before the arrival date, 50% of the amount will be refunded.
  • In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date, the amount will not be refunded.

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR ACCOMMODATIONS (Mobile Homes, Bungalows and Rental Tents)

  • Pets are not permitted in accommodations and surrounding area.
  • Accommodations are available from 4pm and must be vacated by 10am.
  • The camping site does not guarantee a specific sector or accommodation number. The campsite reserves the right to change accommodation at any point in time and to offer the customer an equivalent accommodation instead.
  • Booking is held until 20h of the day of arrival. If the accommodation is not occupied before that time, booking will be automatically cancelled, unless prior written notice of late arrival has been given.
  • Stays which are shortened (late arrival, early departure) will not be refunded.   
  • Rate includes 1 vehicle/accommodation. Car fee will be requested to enter extra cars at the campsite (rate in force).
  • Accommodation is provided for a specific number of occupants. In no event may it be occupied by more people (including children and babies). If this is the case, management has the right to refuse entry to any additional people.  It is forbidden to build up additional tents next to the bungalow.
  • Visits: Visitors to your pitch may come on site, after inscription at Reception desk and payment of admission fee (camping pitch and accommodation).

  • Deposit: Credit card details will be requested as a deposit for the accommodation. In case of damage or missing items, those will be charged to your card. If you do not own a credit card, a 100€ deposit will be requested.
  • Down payment: A deposit of 40% of the total price of your rental is required to be paid to make a booking. It can be paid by credit card when filling in the online booking form or by bank transfer within 15 days after the booking date. Upon receipt of the payment, a booking confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
  • The outstanding amount due for your stay must be paid at least 60 days before the arrival date. Upon receipt of the payment, a booking confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
  • Cancellation conditions
  • In case of cancellation more than 30 days before the arrival date, 80% of the amount will be refunded.
  • In case of cancellation between 30 days and 15 days before the arrival date, 50% of the amount will be refunded.
  • In case of cancellation less than 15 days before the arrival date, nothing will be refunded.
